The Kozy Kitchen has been around for years in Dallas, serving comfort foods and bakery items for breakfast and lunch, as well as operating the highly-successful mail-order cake business.
Our ultimate goal is to establish The Kozy as a fine dining establishment serving notable harmonic seasonal cuisine, yet keeping the warm, neighborhood atmosphere.

Nicolas Pavageaux
Chef Nic is The Kozy’s Executive Chef. A graduate of the world-renown Cordon Bleu in Paris, Chef Nic is a new and bright star in Dallas’s culinary scene. The affable Nicolas is the mastermind of The Kozy’s ever-evolving cuisine that features naturally-fed beef, wild seafood, and organic or locally-produced produce. He’s proud of the remarkable reviews to date of The Kozy.
Jeff Wells
Jeff, Nicolas’ brother-in-law, is The Kozy’s Sous Chef. Jeff is a rising star as well…as an actor. The multi-talented Jeff, when not performing or auditioning, can deftly whip up dishes in the busy Kozy kitchen, as well as serving as the friendly “face” of the Kozy Kitchen…greeting guests, explaining The Kozy’s famed chalkboard of daily offerings, and making sure that The Kozy’s morning regulars – internet surfers, freelance writers, and fitness trainers – all have their fill of Segafrado coffee from Italy.

Everyone loves food! So our holiday cakes are the perfect gift for family, friends, or business associates.
We have a Sour Cream Coffee Cake with cinnamon that’s pretty much perfect for breakfast. And our chocolate, lemon, and orange pound cakes make a great dessert after a holiday feast.
